Arthvik (operated by Finbook Advisors LLP) builds AI-powered sales forecasting tools for Indian businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe — in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Information we collect
- Account details — name, work email, phone, company.
- Business data via the connector — customer masters, item masters and sales vouchers from your Tally / SAP / ERP, only as you authorise.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, basic device info, used to improve the product.
2. How we use it
- To clean, structure and forecast on your sales data.
- To send you product updates, alerts (e.g. drop alerts), and demo follow-ups.
- To improve Arthvik — in aggregated, anonymised form.
3. Where it lives
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Cloud infrastructure is hosted with reputable providers in India / Asia regions where available. Connector data is read locally and synced incrementally over an encrypted channel.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with sub-processors essential to running the service (cloud hosting, transactional email, analytics) and only as needed to provide it to you.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and export of your business data, by emailing info@finbookadvisors.com.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use minimal cookies and Google Analytics with IP anonymisation. You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track setting or standard ad-blocking tools.
