These terms govern your use of Arthvik's website, connector and platform. By accessing or using Arthvik, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Arthvik provides AI-powered sales forecasting on top of your Tally, SAP and ERP data, including a desktop connector, web dashboard, alerts and a debtor portal.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connector access secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't reverse engineer, resell or sublicense Arthvik without permission.
- Don't upload data you don't have the rights to.
- Don't use Arthvik in any way that violates Indian law.
4. Fees & subscription
Subscription pricing is communicated at the time of contracting. Taxes (GST) are charged as applicable. Non-payment may result in suspension after written notice.
5. Data ownership
You own your business data. We hold it as your processor, only to deliver the service. You can export or request deletion at any time.
6. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" with reasonable commercial efforts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend access immediately for material breach (e.g. unauthorised use, non-payment after notice).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
